Tasty with a full flavor direct from Riogordo

Our Extra Virgin olive oil is cold-pressed direct after harvest. The oil is 100% olives and is pressed only with a mechanic process. The oil is characterized by a pleasant soft and fruity taste! The early harvest oil is more flavorful and peppery in taste. The harvest period is from late autumn to March. The degree of ripeness of the olive affects both taste and amount of oil. An unripe olive gives a more peppery taste, but less oil, while a ripe olive gives a milder and rounder taste. We sell our olive oil via shops in south of Sweden. See more information (in Swedish).
